Started in a coffee shop in NYC’s East Village at the end of 2017, CoLo Consulting was founded on the hunch that traditional consulting was overlooking the companies we were most excited about.
We spent our early careers in leading management consulting firms and startups working with clients such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan Health, Delta Dental, Comcast-NBC Universal, NBC Sports, and AMC Networks.
Through these experiences, we saw an opportunity to “unbundle” the traditional consulting model.
We believe the core value of consulting, an objective assessment focused on a specific opportunity or challenge, remains hyper-relevant. The traditional delivery method for those services, however, is not applicable to innovative companies.
Companies that we find the most inspiring and wanted to partner with (e.g., startups), didn’t need the formality that traditional consulting packages offered.
We saw an opportunity to "unbundle" the traditional consulting model
We’ve built a new “consulting playbook” as the foundation for our services - one that meets the nuanced needs of our partners and focuses on results.
In our first two years of operations, we’ve helped over 15 startups on 5 different continents tackle their biggest challenges.
We provide our clients with clarity
We have the sought after blend of strategic thinking, C-suite presence, and execution ability.
Our clients partner with us because they are entrepreneurs who want more entrepreneurs on their team.
We have a bias towards action and an aversion to excess.
With our relentless focus on outcomes, our clients only pay for the value we provide.
